Returns & Exchange – GoMall.pk

Please read our Returns and Exchange policy before requesting a return or replacement for products purchased from GoMall.pk.

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within the stated return window from the delivery date, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact. Some items such as personal care, clearance, or specially marked products may not be eligible for return.

To request a return or exchange, contact our support team with your order number, product details, and reason for return. Once approved, follow the given return instructions. Shipping charges for returns may apply unless the return is due to a defective, incorrect, or damaged product received from our side.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, an exchange or refund will be processed according to the original payment method and our approval. GoMall.pk reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions. For help with returns and exchanges, please contact customer support.
